Visa Information

The Kingdom of Morocco will facilitate the entry to Morocco for all accredited Annual Meetings participants through a digital visa application platform.

Visa requirements:

For entry into the Kingdom of Morocco, some nationalities are subject to the visa procedure regardless of the type of passport (Diplomatic, Service or Normal).

Participants are invited to consult the “DO I NEED A VISA TO ENTER MOROCCO?” section of https://www.acces-maroc.ma website in order to check whether they are exempted or subjected to Visa formalities.

Visa application:

All visa applications for entering Morocco will take place on a website dedicated to the event https://acces-maroc.ma.

The rparticipants will not need to go to the Moroccan consular services, neither to submit their applications nor to withdraw their eVisa.

The participants who submitted applications will receive their eVisa directly via the website and by e-mail.

All participants subjected to this formality should submit their application right after receiving their accreditation to the 2024 IAHR and not later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the event.

They must attach to the application the copy of 2024 IAHR accreditation letter issued by the organizing institutions. At their arrival on the Moroccan territory, participants may need to present their registration letter.

Participants are required to possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the date of entry into the Kingdom of Morocco. The passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.

The average processing time for a completed eVisa application by the Moroccan authorities is about seven working days.

Application containing incomplete, incorrect information, or with invalid accreditation number will be rejected. In those cases, the participant will have to submit a new application.
